ACS-S Pellet Feeders have been especially designed to convey pelleted, bead or granular materials without shearing the product. This feeder is suitable for discharge from storage bins, cyclones or receivers as well as in-feed to pneumatic conveying.
ACS Flex-Tip Valves are suitable for airlock pneumatic feeders on conveying systems or as product metering devices in the chemical, metallurgical, food, wood products, and grain/feed industries.
ACS Type CI Rotary Airlock Valve/Feeders are ideally suited for pressure or vacuum pneumatic conveying systems up to 15psi.
ACS "AF" feeders offer trouble-free service when conveying most types of dry bulk materials (including difficult materials such as sugar).
ACS CDC-CI valves are capable of handling the toughest products, including abrasives such as silica and alumina and sticky substances such as sugar, whether used in airlocks, pneumatic conveying feeders or product metering devices.
