ACS Valves Quick-Clean Rotary Valve
This new video demonstrates the ACS Valves Quick-Clean RotorRail™ system that enables quick, tool-less access to the rotor and the interior of the housing for cleaning, validation, and inspection. The ACS Valves Quick-Clean rotary valve is the perfect rotary valve for sanitary and food-grade bulk material processing applications.
This new video guide shows how the ACS Valves Aero-Flow™ feeder valve for sticky and abrasive materials combines pressurized air (up to 15 PSI) with the dry bulk material to provide pneumatic material flow into downstream processes.
ACS Valves ACST-4 Glandless Shaft Seal versus Packing Gland Seals
The ACS Valves ACST-4 Glandless Shaft Seal design eliminates the need for conventional packing gland-style shaft seals. The ACST-4 sleeve-style design provides a micro-tolerance, self-lubricating seal to the rotor shaft and uses three, four-lobed ring seals to provide superior sealing, extended duty cycles, and elimination of seal adjustments.
ACS Valves ACST-4 Glandless Shaft Seal Removal Sequence
This new, 3-step video demonstration shows how the ACS Valves ACST-4 Glandless Teflon® Shaft Seal can be easily removed and reassembled in just a few minutes using basic hand tools.
ACS Valves Standard Valve Assembly
This new, 10-step video guide shows how to easily re-assemble an ACS Valves standard valve assembly using basic hand tools. This simple rotary valve re-assembly sequence shows the significant labor and downtime savings associated with this rotary valve design versus bolt-together valves.
ACS Valves Vertical CNC Machining Center
ACS Valves North American production operations include CNC machining of rotor blades, rotor adjustable tips, slide-gate parts, inspection panels, and metering-style rotors. ACS Valves machines cast iron, mild steel, and stainless steel for the entire line of ACS rotary valves, feeders, and airlocks.
ACS Valves CNC Turning Center
ACS Valves North American production operations include casting of rotary valve housings and the CNC machining of the housings, and the housing endplates and rotors to precision tolerances. ACS Valves machining capabilities include machining of cast iron, mild steel, and stainless steel for the entire line of ACS rotary valves, feeders, and airlocks.
ACS Rotary Valve Test Center
We can now test your product! Our new test center is designed to test your materials to determine which airlock valve/feeder is best suited for your application. The two featured airlock valves in this system are the CI 8 Airlock and DR-S 8 Airlock (drop-in replacement for the HDX airlock).
ACS Valves Airlock Testing
Each rotary valve goes through a thorough inspection process before leaving ACS. We complete this inspection process with each and every valve, because it is very important to us that your rotary valve is designed for your success!
