I'm Sarah Kellmann from ACS Files. I have a quick clean Rotary valve here. As you can see, the quick release handles make it completely easy to take apart the valve quickly and to clean it.

Releasing the rotor and plate easily slides out. With these extended rail design, it makes it easy to get in and clean the housing and to clean the rotor assembly.

As you can see here, this rotor assembly is equipped with radius pockets which is for our sanitary food grade options as well as a polished rotor and the interior of the housing.

When your valve is cleaned and you're ready to reassemble, use your locating key in the end of the shaft.

Gently push the rotor and plate back into the housing.

And turn the rotor into the keys, go into the key ways.
