ACS Valves Airlock Testing Process
Each rotary valve goes through a thorough inspection process before leaving ACS. We complete this inspection process with each and every valve, because it is very important to us that your rotary valve is designed for your success!
Each rotary valve goes through a thorough inspection process before leaving ACS.
Every valve is run for 30 minutes to ensure everything is working correctly.
The clearances are checked on the tips and the sides of the rotor.
Once the testing and inspection is completed, it is recorded on an inspection sheet.
Safety stickers are put on all of the valves as well as rotation stickers.
Our inspectors take a photo of each valve, and then it is securely fastened to a skid with steel banding and protective shrink wrap.
We complete this inspection process with each and every valve because it is very important to us that your rotary valve is designed for your success. Quality done right the first time.
